E Noa Tours · Waikiki
E Noa Tours runs this loop in an orange 28-seat mini-bus, with lunch and both big entry fees, Byodo-In and Waimea Valley, already paid. Pick it if you want one price for the whole day and fewer, longer stops.

E Noa keeps the stop list short. The Nuuanu Pali Lookout gets 15 minutes, Byodo-In 30, Tropical Farms 20, lunch 45, Waimea Valley 30 and Dole Plantation 30. That is under three hours off the bus, but almost nothing costs extra: the $10 temple entry and the $26 valley entry are in the price, and so is lunch at Pounders, the sit-down restaurant in the Hukilau Marketplace beside the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie. Bring cash for snacks and souvenirs, and that is it.
The trade-off is Waimea Valley. Thirty minutes covers a brisk walk to the falls or a swim, rarely both; guests report time for a dip but not enough at the Dole Plantation. If the falls are your priority, the Waimea Valley waterfall tour gives the valley 90 minutes. Pickup is later than most, from 8 AM, and the bus and stop surfaces are wheelchair accessible, which few loops offer.
Check your date. Pounders closes on Wednesdays and Sundays, and Waimea Valley on Mondays, so on those days part of the plan has to move; ask E Noa what replaces it when they confirm your pickup. The tour runs in all weather, and during the August 2026 storms guests report guides rerouting around fallen trees.
The orange bus collects guests at selected Waikiki hotels; the listing's departure point is the Prince Waikiki.
Fifteen minutes 1,200 feet up on the Koolau ridge, where Kamehameha I won the Battle of Nuuanu in 1795.
Thirty minutes at the temple, entry paid, then 20 at Tropical Farms for nut and coffee samples.
Forty-five minutes at the restaurant next to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Lunch is included.
Thirty minutes in the valley, entry paid: walk to the falls, or swim if the lifeguard has opened it.
Thirty minutes at Dole Plantation (Dole Whip at your own cost), then hotel drop-off around 5 PM.
★★★★★Big Jon was a wonderful tour guide. [...] Great lunch at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Thoroughly enjoyed Wiamia Falls, plenty of time for a swim at the falls and enjoy the flowers from around the world.
★★★★★Our tour guide was RJ. He was spectacular as he grew up on the island and added his personal stories relating to the areas. Highly recommend!
★★★★★Because of a storm, our guide, Chuck, had to improvise half of the itinerary. Despite fallen trees closing off many roads [...], he made sure we all were safe and having a good time. Chuck is the best!
★★★★★A nice tour of the island. [...] The lunch tastes good as well.
